Must Read Blogs and Op-Ed’s — January 3, 2010
As we begin this New Year, we must keep in mind that it is an election year. For the common person, this might not mean much because mid-term elections are often ignored by the larger population. However, many of the TV pundits, blogitocracy, and media will begin shifting in the direction of “election talking points”.
For the Republicans, we can expect a new centralized focus on National Security and budget reductions. However, it appears that the Democrats are much more divided. David Kuhn writes a piece for Real Clear Politics that begins the inner debate amongst the MSNBC, KosKids, and a possible war between Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews.
According to Gallup Poll Numbers, Democrats approve of the way Obama is dealing with party issues by 84%. The more the individual identifies with progressive liberal the more they approve of his numbers. So, why is the far left trying to bury health care? Is health care progress better than no progress at all? Keep your eyes watched, and remember its all Election Year politics.
