I must confess that the opinions and blogs across the internet recently have been rather drab and boring. As health care seems to be moving ever so slowly, the never ending drone of babble from those on the left and right still continues to trickle down upon the collective like Chinese water torture (or should I say American Waterbording?). I suspect “unwellness” reform will continue at least until the Thanksgiving recess.

So, what are the talkers yapping about? Mainly Charlie Rangel (D, NY)! Now, I did add some opinion pieces that I felt were noteworthy, but for the most part Charlie Rangel should not only resign his chairmanship, but he should simply resign from Congress. Trust me, when election season comes around DYV will surely have him on “our” focus list. Maybe, he can do what the last corrupt Republican ousted from Congress did — land a spot on Dancing With the Stars!

Maybe, we should start our own reality section of DYV — How To Spot a Corrupt Politician? Who could we get to host? David Letterman? Kenneth Starr? Oh, I got it — the Queen of Corruption herself — Sarah Palin! Ohhh, the lovely irony, the lovely irony!
