As we move into Week Two of the Obama Administration, we are facing a once again “Republican” standoff to everything “Democratic”. I am reminded of the way the Republicans blocked President Clinton’s stimulus efforts during his first term, which eventually ended up in Government gridlock and shutdown. Many Republican Senators are informing the MSM that they will not support the stimulus plan as it is written. Meanwhile, Tom Daschle (whom I have never really liked) has joined ranks with Caroline Kennedy and Sec. Tim Geithner in recent candidates that fail to pay their taxes. Once again, I have to ask, do the rich every pay their taxes at all?
