Must Read Op-Ed’s — December 3, 2008

It is now official the United States is in a recession.  However, opinion pages have yet to comment on the official state of the bludgeoned economy.   Instead, much of the focus remains on the low drums of war as President Bush sends Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice to India to ease tensions with Pakistan.   Elsewhere, commentaries begin to ask whether or not the events in India could eventually happen in the United States.
