Must Read Op-Ed’s — November 28, 2008

It’s Black Friday!   As shoppers venture out today to find the early deals on Christmas merchandise, many of them might realize that the dollar is not stretching as far as it did last year.   This has put the fear in the hearts of merchants, and worse if estimated Black Friday sales come out negative, we might see another see-saw dip in the stock market.  QUICK — Barack Obama to the batpole! Oh wait, his base is already questioning his choices of cabinet members, today switching over to Defense Secretary Gates and their ever favorite punching bag Sarah — eer, I mean Hillary Clinton.  Further, E.J. Dionne compares Barack Obama to the Bush I Presidency (where did he get that idea?).   I am starting to get the feeling that the far right simply only has to purchase the Popcorn for the theater, rather than create the drama themselves.
