According to Ali Rizva the issue in Iran is not about the Presidency, as they understand that the President of Iran has little power over anything except the economy. The issue in Iran is that with a 85% voter turn out to elect a President, that the idea of democracy may be the vote they all cast. Meanwhile, Barack Obama’s poll numbers and slipping, George W. Bush is back in the news critical of the new administrations policies, and Geithner rushes to the house to defend the plan to step up wall street oversight.
